If you like eating less or no gluten, there's nothing wrong with that. It's not like it's some essential nutrient. Plenty of people have non-celiac's gluten sensitivity. Though it does seem to be on the uprise among young food bloggers.0 -
I've been GF for about 4 years now. Add in rice, quinoa, potatoes, corn, etc. Have a huge steak once in a while... I also tend to eat a lot of ice cream...0
