    Depends of the guy I guess! My husband has a goatee. Some men look ridiculous in a beard while others look nice.

    Full beard (not too long), stubbles or clean shave. Depends on the guys' face and overall look. Goatees... maybe. I never liked a man that had a goatee, but the goatee wasn't really the reasson. I don't actually like `funky` facial hair styles.

    Clean shave or slight stubble for me.

    i agree with this somewhat. although i like the look of slight stubble it sucks to get into a long kissing session with (face burn)

    gotta keep that lower lip clean shaven. :wink:

    In your case keep the beard. Some men try to do the gote thing and it just looks all wrong. I think the gote thing works with the tall dark and handsome types and thats it.

    The Fu-Manchu is ugly, definitely-- and the one where they leave a "spot" of hair in the middle of under their lower lip-- ugly. absolutely..And I am not fond of sideburns whatsoever. And where was I when the manscaping threads were up? Must have been before I joined the site in June!

    I have to agree... Although, most of the time the five o'clock works pretty well for most. I know my husband can't pull off a full on beard or even clean shave, but looks great with the 5 :)

    It really does depend! Although I feel like a man has to have a certain look about him to rock the full on beard. Most men can pull off the 5 though, I think the shadow looks best on all men. And no fu IMO!!!

    It really depends on the guy. Some people look great with a beard, and others not so much. I generally prefer short, well groomed beards, or a bit of stubble. But some guys look better clean-shaven. Goatees, however, are almost universally awful.

    I had a goatee only for years. Recently decided to try a full beard. I was worried I would look too much like my dad, but I like it.
