Here I am again .... need support!

I am back.
I am so disgusted by myself .... I lost almost 30 lbs last time, then live hit me. I am a total stress eater. I know that's no excuse! We are moving back from overseas, so we're living in a hotel right now (since three weeks and for about four more). So eating out almost every day is a given. I weight myself last time just before we left and it was 212 lbs!!! I was down at 178!!!! I don't even know how much I weigh now ... no scale here ... but I am afraid it will be about 220!!!! Why did I let myself go - again?!? So,please, I need all the help I can get.
