PS, the guy on the right at the top of the pic, is not an after of me, but the Mayor of London.

    Ps, this post has some good twists. This is what a 128 lbs looks like title threw me. I was guessing you'd be a female, or there was going a pic of some object weighing 128 lbs next to you in your after picture. Then you've got the mayor of London involved in your weight loss before pic making us think that was you. Ha! Well done!

    Thanks for all the kind words... Just started getting back into some exercise as well. Cycled 32 miles today, 14 miles yesterday and 25 miles the day before. Only bought my bike a couple of weeks ago, prior to that i hadnt rode a bike since 2001.
