Glutamine

For those of you that use glutamine as a post workout supplement, do you notice a difference with getting sore muscles? I'm trying to start doing more strength training exercises but I'm finding it hard to keep on track because I get extremely sore for days. Just thought I should get some opinions to see if it's worth spending the money. Any suggestions are appreciated

Are you stretching properly when you're done0

I stretch really well before and after working out0

Doesn't do a darn thing for me. Walking or a short sprint session for sore legs or some light upperbody movements for uppers. Not doing anything makes the soreness worse.0
