New heavy motocross guy.

I'm am new to dieting. I just turned 40 and the lbs have been going up and I am getting slower when I race motocross. I was hoping to lose a few lbs and get my cardio better for racing. I hope to join a few challeges and see if I can get in better shape to hang with all the young guys in motocross.

  • Hey Good Luck ... I'm new so far as well - and this site is cool - especially the food journal ... makes me think a little before I make food choices.
