Just Starting

I have heard a lot of things about this program, but thought it would be too much work (which I'm still finding is the case!). But it does help me to keep better track of what I'm eating, which I've never been good at. I'm 55, never really liked exercising, need to lose about 15 pounds, and am trying to increase my balance and strength.

Right now my go to exercises have been Wii Fit and Wii Biggest Loser. I have pretty severe arthritis in my hands (had surgery on my right thumb to do it), hips, back, & neck, so most things are uncomfortable, but I'm trying!

I hope to find lots of inspiration and ideas from everyone.
