home sick with sick kids

I hate being trapped at home with my sick kids. Im also pissed that I seem to also be getting sick.
I feel like im in prison.
Feeling very depressed and tired and tired of intervening in the bickering and wish i could go take a nap to feel betrer but have to take care of them.
Couldnt exercise so I only have my 1200 cals to play with today.
dreading my husband waking up and teĺing me iive done nothing all day.
Just really bummed right now.

    Yea she said what I was going to say. I have a 2 month right now and a 4 yr old with an ear infection. When he can balance out running between kids, getting dinner ready, and also trying to feel better yourself without getting any real sleep, then he can say something. :noway:
