Asian chicken wrap

2 tbsp evoo
1 pound ground chicken
3/4 cup water
1 pkg turkey gravy mix
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
6 large iceberg lettuce leaves

heat oil in large skillet on med heat add ground chicken cook and stir 3 min or until no longer pink stir in water gravy mix vinegar garlic powder ginger and sugar bring to boil reduce heat to low simmer 10 min or until chicken is cooked through and most of liquid has evaporated stirring occasionally spoon chicken mixture in center of each lettuce leaf sprinkle wit desired toppings fold sides of lettuce over filling and roll up to serve
