Hey:) I'm Aly! I am 20 years old and going into my 2nd year as a marketing major. My goal is to lose 50 lbs.I run 3 times a week with a total mileage of 15 per week. I just want to make some MFP friends my age or really any age on here so we can support each other! Feel free to add me!

Congrats on making a healthy lifestyle change! Keep up a steady regemine of a healthy diet and workout! Diet and nutrition is key though! Also make sure you stay hydrated! Even 1% dehydrated causes your metabolism to slow down!0
