Lower blood pressure

Two months ago my blood pressure was around 150/90. Now it's at 112/64.

That is so awesome! I am really happy for you, high blood pressure is very serious and it is amazing what losing some weight will do for it. Congratulations and keep up the good work!0

Thanks Teramae. I have been amazed, even shocked, at what losing just a few pounds and a couple of months of regular exercise have accomplished for me in terms of overall health. I didn't think the change would be all that drastic. I still have a few pounds to go to get to my target weight, but health is the overall issue.0

Wow, me too. I am only 31 and female yet my blood pressure averaged 145/101 medicated. I lost some weight now Im in the 112/ 80 mark. I feel better and less headaches! I am proud of you!0
