Congratulations! I felt great when I got below 200 lbs too.
Actually, I've lost over 30 lbs since I signed up with MFP in Dec. 2013.
Since that was my goal (which I thought would be impossible 7 months ago), I'm currently kinda stuck.
Trying to decide whether to maintain at my present weight for a while or set a new goal: another 10 lbs? 20 lb?
Anyway, well done to you!:happy:0 -
Huge congratulations! It is my first big goal too ... can't wait to see that number! Keep up the good work!0

I still eat the things I love, just in a way that they fit into my calorie goals. I stay active and focused, and I think a lot of it is luck. Most of my weight gain was due to drinking too much (soda and coffee). Once I cut way back on those things, the weight sort of melted off. I've never had a huge appetite and I've never been an emotional/over eater. So for me it's about keeping in motion and just not drinking 6 Dr. Peppers and 5 cups of coffee a day (dead serious).0 -
