Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some buddies who are looking to achieve a goal within the next 45 days. Any help or support/info would be greatly appreciated. I am 5ft 5inches and weigh 154 right now but gained 5 of those pounds just in the last few weeks because I was on vacation. Now that I am back on track I am hoping to lose 15 pounds in time for my bachelorette party/ first dress fitting on the weekend of September 5th!! I do not want to do anything unhealthy weight loss wise and I know it is going to take a lot of effort to lose that much weight in that amount of time. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

u can do it...
start by eating clean (no salt, sodium, dressings, sauces etc)
eat every 3 hrs (high protein low to no carbs)
drink a gallon of water
and get ur heart rate up for in excess of 15 minutes when exercising. You'll begin to lose and will have it off in your first 2 weeks.

Doable, but tough enough given your close enough to your goal weight. Its basically 2.33 lbs every week, and would echo the advice above to do a lower carb programme. Doing so will help you feel less hungry (fat and protein is very filling), and thus more likely to stick to the programme for the 45 days, and also will help you drop any lbs due to water retention. I dropped 3lbs that I put down to either water retention when I started doing a lower carb programme about three weeks ago, and even if your body is only hanging onto 1.5/ 2, those can be vital lbs to drop in the context of an aggressive enough weight loss target. Also look into sprinting, even once or twice a week, as its reputed to be a great fat burner0

If you want to do this the healthy way, then your goal is a little aggressive. You'll lose weight faster early in the process because some of what you lose early is water weight, but 15 pounds in 45 days might be pushing it and you don't want to look and feel awful for that bachelorette party.
