Myself I drink Hot Green Tea or Hot White Tea after each meal...no sugar or milk added. xo0

Herbal teas are good because they have no caffeine. Different teas help different things. The peppermint tea you are drinking is good for your digestion. Ginger tea is another one that is good for digestion. Nettle tea helps with inflammation. Read up on the teas you think you might like. They are a great alternative to water0

It really depends on what kind of tea you are drinking, there are so many different kinds of tea and they are all considered "herbal" teas! There are black teas, which people claim can reduce stress. Green teas are rich in antioxidants and can help lower your cholesterol. Rooibos teas are also rich in antioxidants and also can flush out toxins. Oolong teas reportedly help regulate your metabolism. White teas are reportedly good for boosting immunity.
I like tea. I drink a variety of teas. I think they're fine as long as you are drinking them without any milk and sugar! Also I wanted to add, depending on the kind of caffeine, there may be caffeine... black, white, green, rooibos, oolong.... many varieties contain caffeine.0
