Meal prepping and planning

To all the meal preppers out there. Please give me some tips on how to budget 1200 cal a day. So far it has been impossible for me. They say the first 3 days r the hardest. I need a 3 day plan to stay under my calories while not feeling hungry and hoping to shrink my stomach so I need less to get full

You're budgeted for 1200 calories per MPP or...? If that's your calories for weight loss why eat under it? Ideally, you want to lose weight eating as many calories as possible.

3 beers for breakfast, 3 beers for lunch, 3 beers for dinner, and 3 for good luck. Bam, 1200 cals.

    This is what I attempt:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner are my categories
What is my protein for each, and then I add lots of fresh tasty veggies. Frozen is yucky!
Try to take some time for each meal, if you can and make the plate/bowl look pretty and full. Take picture.
Snacks I try to think in terms of 50-100 calories.
It's a learning process, and I learn all the time. I'm closing in on a month. I do 1260 a day for two pounds a week approx.
I'm definitely going to add in more exercise so I can eat more!
I did blow it one day, yesterday, but oh well. i logged it all in anyway.
I do better if I have some bread with one meal. One tasty piece of chewy, chunky bread is around 100 calories, and it helps me feel full.
Drink lots and lots of water. I always have water with ice next to me, or a water bottle I freeze and then drink as it thaws.
    Hope some of this helps!
Lately I've moved away from eggs for breakfast, and have muesli and almond milk; although almond milk isn't the greatest source of protein, there are nuts and seeds in the muesli.

How much weight are you trying to lose? Very few people really need to be at 1200 calories.

Please explain what u mean by that. Everyone keeps telling me I'm doing this wrong. I am 4'11 and 140 lbs. 36% body fat. My legs look great. My stomach is huge and my arms are flabby. Losing weight isn't my goal as much as shaping up and losing body fat is. I want to get down to 125 because my trainer says that's what's healthy for my height. But I do not want to be skinny. I want a flat stomach . Big legs and built arms and an *kitten* lol
