Does anyone else take MIC-B-Complex with B12 LIPO injections & Phendimetrazine to help them lose weight? I've been taking th Em and I have lost weight. Just wanted to know if anyone else has and what your opinions are

I'm afraid I only do hard work and calorie control. Good luck though.0

Don't get me wrong. I work put 6 days a week, cardiovascular and weight training, & clean eating. I've always worked out. But never had the calories or content under control. I now have both. I'm giving myself a other 8 pounds before I stop the meds. My metabolism was at a stop and I needed something to get me over.0
