Mantras and Sayings: What's Yours?

I just coined a new one for myself this morning:

"French fries tell LIES".

Fries are a big trigger food for me, and they DO tell me lies, such as "I am a vegetable" and "It doesn't count when you are at a restaurant". :noway:

What's your funny, inspiring, or sobering saying that u hold on to in times of temptation?

Welcome!

I don't have a mantra, what I do is take off all of my clothes and look at myself in a full length mirror every morning and compare it to a before picture..I keep that ingrained in my head and that's what I look back to through the day.
