My Last Concert was Paul McCartney. My mom drug me along... told me she would buy me beer if I watched it with her. She didn't have to... I actually really enjoyed it! I hope to be as awesome as he is at his age!

I cant believe she had to drag you! I would love to see him.

    Bruno Mars. Disappointing

Motley Crue, July 6th. They sounded good but Vince Neil would stop singing in the middle of a line and then start up again, skipping several words. Not sure if he forgot words or was tired and out of breath???

It was in 2010, it was Ozzfest in Hartford, CT. Ozzy was there as well as Motley Crue and Exodus. More my husband's flavor of music but it was a good time with friends.

Let's fast forward to 12 hours from now and it will be Paramore and Fall Out Boy :) But... if you think that's cheating (okay, okay), then Paramore and No Doubt.... a few years ago... can't really remember when it was.
  • Goo Goo Dolls, Daughtry, and Plain White T's ..... last month in Cincinnati.

It stormed like a b*** but it was a great time.

Television at the Phoenix in Toronto
For the longest time i was seeing in the range of 150-200 bands a year but i cut back a while back. Around the same time as Television I also saw 3 different shows at the Toronto Jazz Fest. No Idea what the next show will be I tend not to plan them and just get on the guest list last minute by calling a promoter

No matter how old I get, I'll always see a show. The last concert I went to was The Neighborhood (this month) with a good friend. Show was good but meant for a much younger crowd ( by young I mean teens with parents...ahem!!).

Upcoming concerts I possibly may go to:

    Spoon
    Buzzcocks
    The Damned
    Lykke Li
    Yelle

    :drinker:

I've seen them twice. Although once may not count since I don't remember it.

Last concert for me was Pearl Jam in Los Angeles in November past.

My last concert was Rod Stewart October 2013 at The Palace of Auburn Hills, in Michigan.

I am going to see Tom Petty at Pine Knob in Michigan on August 24th.

ETA: Whoops, it hasn't been called Pine Knob in many many years, but that is still how I refer to it, but it is actually DTE Energy Music Theater.

I may hit Riotfest - Buzzcocks are there (along with the Cure, Paul Weller, Social D, ...hell too many to list. I just hate big outdoor gigs But I'd really like to see a couple of these acts and the only way they seem to hit Toronto lately is as part of a fest package
Only thing putting me off is the price 179 or 289 to get VIP (which means access to a less busy beer tent and less busy washrooms and the ability to go in and out .

I saw the Cure and Social D back in the day. I didn't even know if Social D was still together. The cool thing about DC is the smaller venues we have here so these bands are making appearances but then tickets sell out fast.
