So I made myself a smoothie or shake or whatever the difference is, I'm not totally sure. It consisted of about a cup of spinach, water blueberries, some flax seed and protein powder and I'm sitting here starving now! What am I doing wrong? I'm new to the whole green shakes etc. and trying to get healthy and eat cleaner to drop some pounds so any advice would be appreciated...

i have started trying these shakes once a day. not so much as a whole meal but in order to get in my vitamins and to give me the power i need to make it through the day. most shake are pretty low calorie so if you have a high enough calorie allowance then the shake is a snack. i know that i get start looking for food a couple hours after one, so i eat .0

How much protein? How long ago did you drink it? I am not one that can go for very long without eating; I eat every 2 hours or so. I put protein in my green juice, but I am still going to have my banana and almonds in between breakfast and lunch.0

I drink a coffee protein shake (that I make, runs about 190cal) in the morning to get me going. Keeps me over until 11 or so usually.0
