Exhaustion and over eating

Should exhaustion always equal eating more? I'm not tired from working out, just tired from being up often with my baby. A nap isn't an option because I work fulltime and have multiple children at home. Are there any tricks to not being overly hungry while so tired? I need help.

I suspect its about what you eat rather than how much - if the food is the problem at all. Its normal to be tired with a young baby!
In general, try grazing on dried fruit and nuts (small amounts every hour or so) rather than increasing meal size.0 -
It makes sense that if you're exhausted, your body is trying to get more energy somehow. You could try sucking on a hard candy when you feel hungry. It takes awhile to eat those thing.0
