Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone had any really good or semi simple stir fry sauces that are tasty and won't be like 1500mg of sodium for a serving! Because the one I love is so good but killer in sodium, so if anyone had any suggestions it would be much appreciated!! I try to stay away from sodium because I have had blood pressure problems in the past! Thanks so much.

I'm pretty sure the only low sodium stir fry sauces involve milking a unicorn but I sure hope I am wrong! I love stir fry!

    In for responses.

You'll almost certainly have to make them on your own. You can use either low sodium soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos which not only has more protein but is also considerably lower in sodium...but of course it's more expensive than soy sauce.

Also, just try to think outside the box. Use lower sodium soy sauce, and add some vinegars, chili paste, toasted sesame oil, and other sauces to mix up a sauce with some corn starch. I usually do that, just grab random sauces in my fridge and throw something together.
