    it's like going back to old school for me,counting calories,instead of red days etc and points and so far seams to be working. just had my first weigh and lost 8lb ,i do have a lot to lose mind
    everyone seams so supportive ,hope you enjoy the site x

    8lb is fantastic!! Well done! I've lost 4lbs since I started on 1st Jan but only been on here for a week so have lost 2lb on here! I'm going to keep going as it doesn't even feel like I'm dieting - I suppose its just a case of eating healthier and doing more but this site makes you so much more aware of what you're putting into your mouth! x
