Insanity First day - Fit test results

I am 172cm = 5'8" and 94kgs = 207lbs. My first day fit test results are:

Switchkicks 30
Power jacks 16
Power knees 29
Power jumps 10
Globe jumps 2
Suicide jumps 3
Push-up jacks 4
Low-plank oblique 8

I also was unable to do more than 20 minutes of day 1 exercises.

What do you folks suggest - shall I continue or look for alternatives to build some stamina before i try Insanity?

    Go for it! Especially if you have bought it! Its about pushing as hard as you can but taking rests if you need or it hurts. Stick to it and even if you cant complete if it still motivates you there will be improvements and you will start to find it easier.

    I have a couple of Beachbody coaches on my Facebook page. They were just talking about this same topic. From what they were telling someone else, keep moving even if you can't complete those exact exercises. Gradually you'll build up your stamina & strength to being able to do all of the exercises through perseverance. Good luck!!

    Keep going. Take a rest whenever you can and push yourself a little more every day. I just started it again yesterday, as well. Send a request and we'll keep each other motivated!
