Uncoordinated - simple toning exercises?

I'm aware that one cannot "spot burn" fat in specific areas of the body with toning exercises f course, but I'd like to add some daily reps in addition to cardio and restricting calories - in particular I'm looking for exercises to tone the stomach and thighs.
I have two issues: 1. I do not have access to a gym and 2. I am an incredibly uncoordinated person and have serious difficulty (or find it altogether impossible) with coordinating a lot of exercises that requiring a lot of "syncing" of various parts of the body to perform.
I'm wondering if someone can recommend some very simple exercises to work on stomach and thighs that do not require much coordination or any equipment. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it, thank you!

squats. Basic motion of bending your legs and hips until you are in a cannonball position...then stand back up. You don't need to go all the way to cannonball...but get to the point where your upper body and thighs are really close then stand back up. Add weight if you can.
Lunges. This requires basic coordination but you should still be able to do it. Bend down like you are going to tie a shoe and leave your other foot way behind you...then stand up. Repeat with the other leg.
Planks. Get in pushup position and hold it while focusing on squeezing your abs. Then do some pushups.
Touch your toes and stand back up with your back straight the whole time (good for the lower back, butt, and hammies)
Leg lifts. Lay on your back and raise your legs to 90 degrees slowly and controlled. Grab onto something for stability.0 -
There are a bunch of exercise videos on YouTube for various body parts that are accessible for free:

As far as your lack of access to a gym, I've found better success with working out at home with DVDs anyway so don't think you can't get a good burn or build some muscle without it.
Sent you a friend request, let me know if I can be of any further help.0
