I've been at this for about a month and I've lost about 7 pounds. I didn't really notice a difference in myself but I was at work yesterday at a nursing home and one of the resident's daughters came up to me and said "wow, you look like you've lost weight." It was definitely a motivation to me to keep going :)

It's been a real challenge this past year, but so far I've lost almost 15 pounds. I hope to be at my goal weight by spring. I always like it when my jeans get baggy and then I tell my husband "Think I need to get a new pair"

    Congrats on your success!

yes. I feel waay different. more energy, motivated, clothes feel looser.
  • no :( I just can't seem to kick it. I exercise regularly and even went to mostly vegan eating a few months ago (and I'm not a "junk food vegan"). I don't know why my body insists on staying this way. Congrats to all of you that have lost though! Keep it up! :)

Well this is only my second week but the first week I lost 2 pounds in 5 days. And yes I'm sure a lot of it may have been water weight but whatever is I'll take it! LOL

I committed myself to "being the change" at Christmas and have managed to lose 12 lbs so far. I know the first bit of weight that comes off is quick, now it's work. I have been active everyday since then... and feel amazing.
I am tall so it takes a lot for weight loss to be noticed. I just started noticing it myself in the last couple days. Hopefully ofthers will notice soon too. Pants are starting to fit better, so I am happy. It can only get better from here!

This is my second go at it. I lost 100lbs using the site then had a crazy stressful year and gained back 20ish lbs. I decided to start over again from scratch to lose that 20 and the 50 I still had remaining to lose. I have lost 6lbs since the 10th. I know that is just my body shedding all the excess water from my very bad eating choices over the holidays, but I will use it as motivation!
