In need of some serious help

My name is Alex, and I'm 23 years old and I'm approximately 80 lbs overweight.

Ever since I was about 12, I've been overweight, I've been reclusive, and preferred not to go outside then to embarrass myself by failing at whatever everyone else was doing.

I couldn't win at tag, always lost in races, and was the slowest on the bases in kickball.

-Enough of that depressive garbage


So 8 years later I met the love of my life, and for some strange unknown reason i was able to win her heart, and we became a couple, 3 years later I asked her to marry me and she said YES!

So here comes the part where for the last 3.5 years I have been trying to lose weight, and i keep fluctuating between 283 lbs and 270 lbs, but ideally i would like to be at 200 lbs.

Now I don't eat vegetables but I do enjoy my spinach smoothies, and I do exercise ( not as well as I would like to be able to do )

My goals are:

1. Lose weight down to 200 lbs
2. Be able to run in a 5K
3. Look healthy and strong ( Fit not excessive muscle )
