In need of some serious help

My name is Alex, and I'm 23 years old and I'm approximately 80 lbs overweight.
Ever since I was about 12, I've been overweight, I've been reclusive, and preferred not to go outside then to embarrass myself by failing at whatever everyone else was doing.
I couldn't win at tag, always lost in races, and was the slowest on the bases in kickball.
-Enough of that depressive garbage
So 8 years later I met the love of my life, and for some strange unknown reason i was able to win her heart, and we became a couple, 3 years later I asked her to marry me and she said YES!
So here comes the part where for the last 3.5 years I have been trying to lose weight, and i keep fluctuating between 283 lbs and 270 lbs, but ideally i would like to be at 200 lbs.
Now I don't eat vegetables but I do enjoy my spinach smoothies, and I do exercise ( not as well as I would like to be able to do )
My goals are:
1. Lose weight down to 200 lbs
2. Be able to run in a 5K
3. Look healthy and strong ( Fit not excessive muscle )

Hi Alex! Congrats on beginning your journey! You can do this!!!! Just think how much healthier you'll be and how many things you'll be able to do :-) stick with it, and you'll get there. Get yourself a digital food scale and weigh and measure everything you consume, and log it accurately. It does work :-) good luck! :-)0

Hit me up cuz, we can work this thing together. If your veggies are lacking, smoothies are better than nothing. You need balance, and veggies are a part of it. You have to have the proper nutrition to lose weight, gotta fuel the machine. Try drinking that V8 fusion stuff, it tastes like fruit punch, but actually had a lot of veggies in it.0
