    I've been fairly partial to:
I'll beat my *kitten* today to kick yours tomorrow.

It keeps me punching the bag when my shoulders are already tapping out and asking to go get ice cream.

I power walk and recently read....."Run like you are being chased." Now I walk as if I am being chased.

When I even think about quitting my walk less than 5 miles I repeat to myself " You do not quit until you are done." Keeps me going every time.

I was always afraid to try things out of fear if failure, like running or even being to hard on myself when I have a "bad" eating day. So my mantra is my profile pic:

"Suckin' at something is the first step to being sorta good at something".

    Mine is:
"If you really want to change, you must be willing to be uncomfortable."

This is what gets me through when I don't want to work out, or I get a hunger pain for something I know I should not have.

"I will never be ### pounds again!" Where ### is my current weight rounded up to the nearest tenths place. I.E. I see every 10 as a bench mark to never climb above again.
