Just started with a personal trainer, looking for friends

I am currently 164 lbs and looking to go down about 25-35 pounds. Just this week, I started working out with a personal trainer and will do so twice a week and hopefully can find time to work out on my own as well. I am also just starting to log my food intake in MFP. My trainer wants me eating about 1400 calories per day.
