I'd do each portion seperate, and then add together what you had. Good luck!0

You can input your recipe in the recipe section of MFP. Enter in all your ingredients and then decide how big is a serving and how many servings it makes. The recipe function will then tell you how many calories are in a serving. You can save it for future use. Good luck!0

I do this a lot! If you go under the food tab, then click on recipes you can enter a new recipe. Input all of your ingredients (making sure that you use the whole container count and not the per serving count). Then you input the number of servings that it creates. This will then break it down to calories per serving for the recipe. The hardest part for me is when I don't know the serving size. It is a little more work, but DON"T guess. Take the time to measure it out; ie for soups I use a measuring cup and measure the full amount out into a different bowl, for casseroles, I divide it into 6-8 servings usually.
Hope this helps!
