As often as you like as long as you're getting proper nutrition and staying within your calorie limits?

    Depends on the frozen yogurt?

You'll have to look up the nutritional info for your brand to find out.

You can eat it as often as you want provided that it fits into your calories and nutritional goals.

When we go to the frozen yogurt place my son does just a tiny amount of yogurt and the rest of his bowl is mostly fruit. My bowl has a lot more frozen yogurt and chocolate and caramel sauce and nuts and assorted unhealthy toppings. Therefore, I conclude my son can eat it more often than I can.

I found a brand at Piggly Wiggly ( IGA) called Kemp's low fat frozen yogurt *Vanilla is 1/2 cup 120 calories 25 from fat. I eat 1-2 servings with fruit like blackberries, raspberries, or strawberries. They have a chocolate, cookies an cream, and I think moose tracks one though I've stuck with the vanilla. Last night I made a bowl with some banana, strawberries, and chocolate syrup. Wasn't that impressive though. It was just okay. My tastes may have changed a little.

    Well, I don't know.

Is there a legal requirement to post nutritional information for food where you live?

If not, weight may be the least of your problems.

I eat yogurt everyday; so, I'm going with everyday for frozen yogurt. Of course, I mean a serving or 2...not an entire container everyday.
