    Hi! Dont be hungry! Maybe you can make a list if foods and snacks that have low fat and calories and fill up on them? No need to be hungry if you eat the right foods. Protien keeps you full too. I hope you stick with it, MFP is awesome, if you would like a new buddy, feel free to add me.
