Hello everyone! I am having a dilemma regarding not being able to lose any more weight. I am currently 113 and 5'5. I am a professional dancer and is it crucial that I am around 100-105 pounds by the end of September. Should I go below 1200 to achieve this? This is my first year with a contract in a ballet company so my first time ever having to lose weight to keep my job and I am just not sure how to do it. Please help!

In all honesty I don't think we're the right people to ask - I think you need to talk to a professional, either a doctor or a nutritionist or some kind of professional trainer/coach who can advise you properly and monitor you for signs of under eating and poor nutrition should you eat less than 1200 calories.
The one thing I would ask is come September will your exercise/dancing increase as this might be one way to acheive it (by increasing your activty now in preparation), or maybe some weight lifting (but again talk to your teaher/ coach/ boss as they will know what muscles to work for your dancing).
I wish you the best of luck with your dancing - you sound like you really enjoy it!0
