August Challenge Offer

I'm putting this under Motivation and Support because (friendly) competition is a great motivator, even if it's just competing with yourself!

I will be running a small group challenge for the month of August. Each day in August I'll put that day's challenge as my status and each participant can either comment with their results or PM me if they'd prefer it be private. For example, I'll say "Aug. 17 = 100 squats! Can be all at once or a few at a time throughout the day. Remember to keep good form!" And then if you get to 100 squats, you get 4 points, 80 or above will be 3 points, 60 or above will be 2 points, and so on. At the end of each week I'll announce the top 3 finishers. (And I'll PM each person their own score and rank.)

We'll have a different challenge every day, including upper and lower body exercises, non-crunch core exercises, stretching, and water intake.
