Small size, high calorie fresh food needed

I've been sick the last week, and thanks to the meds I'm taking I have no hunger at all. More annoyingly, my stomach is full after eating half of what I'm normally eating. I'm going on vacation on Friday and need to find food thingies that don't fill up the stomach too much but have a lot of calories. Any suggestions for that? I'd prefer not too much sugar or salt, otherwise I don't care. Fresh food, not fast food. I'm going to a small resort anyway that is cooking with fresh ingredients, lots of fish, curries, etc.. There's no other eatery on that island. I'm sure I can get eggs, avocados, lots of fruit and veggies.. Any suggestions? I need more calories, otherwise I end up eating under 1000kcal a day. I just had dinner and am only on 920 kcal now, and I'm logging quite precisely I need more calories!

I could eat trail mix / mixed nuts all the live long day and not feel full.0

Nuts, dressings, sauces...0

A spoonful of peanut butter or an ounce of mixed nuts are 200 calories each.0

OK, no butter or peanut butter, or mayonnaise. Those, apart from mushrooms are pretty much the only things I can't get close to my mouth. I don't think I can get nuts on the island but I'll bring a few bags along.0

Olive oil?
I was going to suggest olives or olive oil.0 -
Avocado, coconut milk in curries, etc.
Really, it should be easy since you'll be on vacation.0 -

More olive oil over my food, yes. Coconut milk, maybe. The annoying thing is that I''m already full from a glass of water. That's why I'm looking for small, high calorie food.0 -
Pemmican.
Easy to make and carry, and calorically dense.
You'll be on an island, go swim for an hour. You might be able to eat then.0 -
Not wanting to say NO to anything. I just had a massive asthma attack and don't have enough breath at the moment to go swimming for a bit longer. I can hardly walk up the stairs to my bedroom at the moment. Ok, things are getting better now, but I don't expect to be fit again in a few days. When I'm on vacation I'm usually eating quite a bit less than normal: new environment, so much interesting to see, less hunger. I can go on long strenuous hikes in high summer temperatures with just a bit of white bread, water, a tin of tuna and a bit of salami. I could never do that when at home.0
