Chicken Soup for HCG Diet AWESOME FLAVOR! FILLING!
I was VERY suprised on how good this chicken soup turned out! It is awesome! Anyone, not just HCG Dieters, can eat it. And it is so simple to make!
2 cans Swanson 33% low sodium chicken broth
1 can water
1 can (Sam's Club) Chicken breast in water
Celery stalks - 4 large - chopped
Ground pepper - to taste
Ground garlic - to taste
Place all ingredients in pot and cook down. You will know when it is done when the celery does not float.
1 serving size = 2 cups
- Calories - 130
- Carbs - 4
- Fat - 2
- Protein - 20
- Sugar - 3
- Potassium - 467

I do something very similar. I love it and have it often. I often throw in zucchini and/or spinach. It's how I get my veggies in.0
