I need some new breakfast ideas... I'm getting tired of the usual staples... cereal with almond milk and a banana, english muffin with PB, toast, oatmeal... anyone have any fun and filling ideas?? And as an FYI... I have dairy and egg allergies. Thanks for the help :)

    My usual "big breakfast" is:

1/4 cup better'n eggs (sorry not sure if you can have that...)
3oz market pantry lean ham steak (I dice and mix with the 'eggs')
1 slice sara lee 100% whole wheat heart healthy toast
country crock light butter (for the toast)
    4oz Trop50 orange juice
1 scoop amazing grass wheat grass powder

and it comes out to 285 calories.

Sometimes I can't even eat it all.

I have that same problem except I usually stick to toast which I'm getting quite sick of now. I used to enjoy cereal but since having allergies I haven't dared risk it since I had a bad reaction to Lactofree Milk - I can only have it in small quantities.

A fruit salad with soya yoghurt is one of my faves (when I have it which isn't often) - which can be filling but that depends on how much fruit you put in. Pancakes is a possibility if you have the time to prepare them as it's just a case of substituting the ingredients (which I did for Pancake Day - I'm in the UK) and they were actually quite nice. Hope that helps - I think.

I'm looking for more ideas as well as there's only so much toast I can take.
