Hi everyone,

I'm 5'4, 18, and weigh 110 pounds. My waist measurement is 27 and I miss my old one of 25 and would love to get it back. I'm aware that eating healthily makes a big difference, but will running and lifting light weights do the trick? If anyone has any methods or ideas, they'd be much appreciated :) x

you cant out exercise a bad diet. running and lifting weights are great for health and fitness but if you eat more calories than you burn you wont be losing any fat

Thank you x my eating is already fairly healthy and I eat plenty of calories every day. I do lots of cardio and some resistance training. Will I see results in a few weeks?

yes, just stick to a calorie deficit and be patient. you may not see immediate results (losses on the scale in the first month) due to water retention and whatnot
