Fiber?

I have maxxed out my Fiber for the day. I didn't think too much fiber was an issue? It this a bad thing if i go over on my fiber?

  • No. Fiber doesn't turn into fat. It's filler. The body doesn't digest or absorb it so it goes right through. That's why fiber is such an awesome thing. : )

    if you are not used to eating a lot of fiber you can have an upset digestive system but it is very good for you and will keep you full and help you lose. build up the :glasses: fiber slowly and it won't bother you.

    I always go over in my fiber as well, but that's because I make an effort to do so...it keeps things moving, you know? Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
    I've read some suggestions that we should try to as much as 35 grams.

    I actually drink a ton. I am horrible about recording it.
