So I made it… I actually stuck with something and I’m so glad that it is a new healthy lifestyle. A year in and I’m down 92 lbs, a size 26 pants to a 14, 3 XL shirt to a large, and can keep up with an entire Turbofire HIIT 30, jumping and all. I have lost a total of 38 inches from my entire body. It seems lately I am focusing only on how far I still have to go but I’m trying to change that and see how far I have come.

Here is the picture that really made me think about my choices.
It was just about an exact year ago, we went camping down by the lake and I was just documenting my sunburn. The picture really made me think about that I was almost 300 lbs and would get winded walking up a single flight of stairs. I remember when I would take the stairs to my second story office; I would sound like I had just run a marathon. * NSV: I can know run up to my supervisor’s 8th floor office… like a boss.
