Long story short...
I was 76lb, gained weight FAST.. In 12 months I know weigh 128lb .. I'm 154cm so I am now overweight.
Just set my maintenance calories because I still do not have periods.. So that means my body is not recovered. I need support and guidance please. My diary is open so comments in my completed days would be great. Today has been my 2nd successful day on maintenance calories. So scared of gaining more weight and inches but i would love to do a bikini fitness completion in the future. Firstly I have to get my maintenance calories where my body doesn't store so then I can cut and build properly.
Should I leave exercise alone until my body sets at my bmr properly?

Good for you to get back in control of things... can't be easy.
I took a quick look at your diary, as far as I can tell, you're not meeting your cal goal. It looks like you get pretty close to your macro's. But at an approx 1300 daily cal goals, you can't really afford not to eat all those cals.
I'm not sure I have any good advice for you, except maybe speak with your physician. I don't always think doc's have the best knowledge of nutrition... but I'd be a bit concerned that something else is going on if I wasn't having my period after putting weight back on.
I'm training for a bodybuilding comp (amiture) scheduled for next year... so I'm all for hitting the exercise hard and cutting bodyfat. But I'd just be causious if things weren't straitening back out after I've tried everything I know how to try. So maybe talking with a doc or nutritionist would be helpful (?). I don't know... not sure how to help.
Best of luck.0
