First day

Hey everyone.....first day here. I'm not big on blogging but maybe this will held me a little more accountable to tracking what I eat. I'm 47y/o 221lbs, diabetic, high blood pressure, and well you get the picture........blah :( We've started a biggest loser, going by total percentage of body weight lost, at work with a diet nazi or two in the group. LOL Good Luck everyone!

    Good luck! D'ont think of it as a diet, think of it as a life style change to EAT HEALTHY! The weight will come off with EXERCISE and eating good stuff!

    Good luck with your endeaver. I find the more I eat healthy foods and keep working out, the more I enjoy it. The rewards are great!!
