You can post your playlists if you want .... but my question is:
What is your absolute favorite song to workout to? What song reeeeally gets you going....
I have ecclectic tastes so I would have to say my top three are:
Nelly - Heart of the Champion
Fireflight - Unbreakable
Trey Songz - Bottoms Up
Funny thing... I dont like rap music except when I run.... then I want the most vulgar obnoxious rap song I can find!

Depends on what I'm doing.
For running I LOOOOVE Kashmir by Led Zeppelin. It's a long song with an unchanging beat that lets me just zone.
For something intense I like "Push It" by Salt-N-Pepa. Not really my style of listening music, but it motivates me well.
Weight Lifting I go with something easier since I'm not getting my heart rate up as high.0 -
...double post. I should really have the option of deleting my own comments. Ignore this. Sorry.0

Eye of the tiger from rocky and Proud from biggest loser also hate to say it but the climb by miley cyrus0

I think the best songs combine the two (like the before mentioned "Push It") but I definately lean more on beat.
Other great songs to work out to...
Scorpions -- "Rock You Like a Hurricane"
Pearl Jam -- "Even Flow"
Micheal Jackson -- "Smooth Criminal"
Boston -- "Foreplay/Long Time"
Europe -- "The Final Countdown" (very disappointing if it's not the last song)
B 52's -- "Love Shack"
Elton John -- "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting"
Aerosmith -- "Dude Looks Like a Lady"
The Killers -- "When You Were Young"
Queen -- "Another One Bites the Dust"
Young MC -- "Bust a Move"
Kansas -- "Carry On Wayward Son"0 -
Eclectic, I know, but ...
"Woo hoo" and "Run through the Jungle"0 -
august burns red - "thirty and seven"
texas in july - "hook, line, and sinner"
parkway drive- "sleepwalker"
unearth- "bloodlust of the human condition"
