Hi Everyone!

I just made a yummy dinner, I think next time I will add some chicken to make it a little more filling for the boys in the house. I just copied my food in put board. Basically I just sauteed the veggies and put them in the warming broth, then put the wontons in the hot skillet and browned them till they were a little crispy so they don't get too soggy in the soup. Start to finish about 20 minutes maybe...

Showing Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar and Cholest. as my columns below

Dinner
Trader Joe's - Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons, 4 pieces 50 / 9 / 1 / 3 / 1 / 5
Trader Joe's - Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix, 3/4 cup 30 / 6 / 0 / 1 / 2 / 0
Trader Joe's - Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup (240 mL) 15 / 1 / 0 / 2 / 0 / 0
95 / 16 / 1 / 6 / 3 / 5

Then When I add chicken next time it will be
Trader Joe's - Just Grilled Chicken Strips (Frozen), 3 oz. 90 / 1 / 2 / 16 / 0 / 40

with these new totals: 185 / 17 / 3 / 22 / 3 / 45

I will filled off of a bowl full, but my hubby could've used a salad, or the chicken added. My seven year old ate it, and I have a serving for lunch tomorrow!
We are not big on salt but you can definitely add a little salt and garlic powder to taste.

Hope you enjoy!

I love the wontons from trader joes! I've made it before and haven't had it in a while. Thanks for reminding me! Try adding that La Tapia ( hot sauce) I think that's the right name. It adds a kick!

Yea I would like that, but then no one in my house would eat it. I would also add red chili peppers... o well
