We eat 2 cups of salad with dinner every evening. I'll make a huge salad one night and it lasts for 2 nights. Tonight, we finished an awesome Greek salad tossed with Light Balsamic Vinaigrette. It was absolutely yummy! If you have the calories to spare, you can top it with 1/2 oz of crushed baked pita chips.0

Berry Balsamic Viniagrette (sp?) or kens light balsamic viniagrette oh my it is to die for. As for extras I love dried cherries and pico0

Make your own raspberry vinegarette with raspberry vinegar, walnut oil, dijon mustard, s & p...its awesome!! I do 3/4 cup vinegar to 1/4 cup oil though, not half and half. With this type of dressing, toasted pecans and goat cheese make wonderful additions!0

Ken's Steakhouse Light Caesar dressing. I also like Ranch but with the Caesar I don't have to use as much to really taste it. I am one who LOVES lots of dressing on my salad. With the Caesar I only need one serving and I am satisfied.0

I LOVE that one!! I also love Kraft Reduced Fat Three Cheese Ranch!! I make my salad with lettuce, bacon bits, an egg, some grapes, a pinch of shredded cheese, cucumbers and dressing. AMAZING AND FILLING!!!0 -
My all time favorite dressing is Annies Nutruals Goddess Dressing, it is sooooo good. But I havent had that for a long time and dont usually keep it in the house or I will eat it with everything!!
I usually just put some red vinegar and pepper on my salads. Adding some cranberries, sunflower, or pumpkin seeds is awesome! Cottage cheese is very good on the side. Salads are soooooo good!0 -
i love the fat free italian, such a stong vinegar flavour and low calories to!0

I have always loved salad and have always used WAYYYY too much dressing. Now I toss my lettuce first in the dressing, then add the extras like grape tomatoes, egg, cucumber, roasted sliced almonds, chicken pieces, and some avocado. I used to think that only using the 2 T was impossible, now I actually taste everything in there besides the dressing! I love poppyseed dressing, but cannot find one in light, so I normally use Kraft Catalina Light.0

I always make my own dressings. I use Good seasons mix, more water and vinegar than level indicates and finish the last 1/3 of the shaker bottle with combo canola and olive oil. My honey mustard is 1:1 ratio Grey Poupon and honey. That's it. Enjoy.0

Cherry tomato
Avocado
Sometimes a little chicken or bacon if I haven't had very much of that kind of thing that day0 -
I love to add some sweet and sour beets to my salad along with chick peas. I also make sure I don't go overboard with dressing by pouring a bit of dressing in a small cup and then I place my fork in the dressing first then in the salad.0

This is off topic but Izzygirl, your profile picture is really offensive. Many people here are obese and overweight -- that's why they are on this site, obviously. MFP is supposed to be supportive and posting stuff like that is just not necessary or welcome.0

I make my own. Simple yet delicious. Shallots and garlic in food processor or chopped fine. balsamic vinegar . touch of olive oil.fresh lemon or lime or orange juice salt and pepper if u like0

My favorite dressing is Kraft Raspberry Light Vinaigrette. Things I add vary. It depends on what I have on hand, if it's a meal or just a side, and how many calories I'm aiming for. A few of my favorite things: cucumber, radishes, carrots, spinach leaves, sunflower seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, grilled chicken, garbonzo beans, kidney beans.0

That sounds Delicious !0

Trader Joe's Champagne Pear with Gorgonzola dressing. 45 calories and yummy!! Litehouse makes a champagne pear with gorgonzola dressing but it is not as good as Trader Joe's.0

i like some field greens or baby romaine with some cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and 1/4 cup craisins, 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese...top that with a fat free raspberry vinagrette, i prefer balsamic (newman's light) vinagrette and it is delicious...and only about 250-300 cals if you add some croutons...easy to make for lunch every day too0

I actually really like just a tiny bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. But a tip I actually got from a trainer once was that if you take any of your creamy dressings and cut the amount in half and add some water, and mix really well, you get almost the same taste of the original dressing with half the fat. It will be slightly less flavorful, but its a great way to cut calories! I've done it with lots of dressings and it really does work.0

I make my own dressing- Red wine vinegar, olive oil (more V than O), oregano, basil, garlic powder, dijon mustard, s &p. Is SUPER good with diced bosc pears, craisins, red onion, walnuts and a little bleu cheese. Sometimes take out the pears and craisins and add grape tomatoes. SO nummy.0
