My diet is really strict. I can NOT have:
NO pastas/breads/rice etc.
NO fruits/juices.
NO tomatoes/SAUCES, potatoes, beans, corn or carrots.
NO dairy/products. Its hard to find meals without dairy so I try not to use much when cooking or making my meals.
My diet consist of green leafy veggies along with veggies that I can eat.
Pumpkin seed/sunflower seed/almonds unsalted or raw veggies for snack.
I can have chicken products, turkey products and many fish products as my meat source. I have 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg for breakfast.
I have to drink 2, 8 oz.muscle milk drinks a day.
Plus I can only eat reduced fat peanut butter as another protein source.
I have to take my vitamins and pills regular to help keep my body regular.
I have to exercise or walk 30-60 minutes twice a day 4 days a week. This diet will last me until my next Dr. appointment on September 5th. Its going to be stressful but I got this. So far I'm down 5 lbs in my first week

I'm not that bad but I have to avoid a lot of fatty things and other irritating foods since I had my gallbladder out two years ago. Or I pay the price and Im really, really damn sick.0

I'm not on a strict diet from the dr, yours sounds hard to follow if you were used to the standard North American diet.
No beans, does that mean green beans only, or does it include legumes and things like peas and lentils?
Are you allowed tofu?
If you are going to get bored with this, I would try looking at raw cooking ideas (ie; using a spiral slicer to make zuchini noodles, using leaves as wraps etc), or possibly paleo websites (using cauliflower as "rice" or "mashed potatoes, using butternut squash and nutritional yeast as a cheese sauce)
Good luck on your journey!!0
