After 61 years of not paying attention to my body, the DR gave me the news I am a diabetic from my blood test results. Going to try to get this under control the sensible way by eating properly and indulging less in adult beverages. Bummer. Here's to change!

So how does the weight loss graphic appear in this blog? Great progress! I've set my initial goal to 30 lbs and have a long way to go.0

Above the posts there's a link for Settings where you can turn the ticker on. You first need to set up the ticker and you can do that in the Apps section. You'll see a link for Tickers appear when you click "Apps".0
