I've lost the weight of an average two year old, and a rack of baby back ribs. I still have the weight of an average newborn to lose.

I've lost a 5 gallon water bottle. It's so hard for me to picture! Because the water in my area is not drinkable, we have a water delivery. I semi-regularly lift a 5 gallon bottle! That weight used to be attached to my body.

    A 5000 BTU air conditioner.

I'm British so I don't have any realistic idea of how big that is, ha.

Ah! I've lost a tire! And verging on the amount of pizza in a year... coolz. That's fun.

I have a friend who based it on the 5 lb bags of oranges.

Between an air conditioner and small bale of hay.

The amount I lost and just how heavy it was hit home for me the day I hauled a 40 lb bag of cat litter up the stairs to my apartment. That sucker was HEAVY and to think I was carrying more than that in extra weight 24/7. I have a couple more bags of litter to lose but I am so happy I lost the first one.

Well... it would depend on the make and model. So unfortunately, it doesn't mean anything :( but congrats! It still sounds like a lot!

A mid-size microwave and an average human brain. But I haven't weighed lately and have picked up more on weight lifting, so I think I may have gained a guinea pig or two
