resistance bands and a dvd?

I would like to try a set of resistance bands with a dvd but im having trouble deciding which dvd to get. Anyone else use these?

    Bands are awesome! I have several and have used them with DVDs! Feel free to friend me and we can chat (I never seem to get email notifications if people respond to my responses)!

    Hi, I do the vicky binns dance it off DVD workout, I have lost 1stone 3lb in 4weeks so it's working for me :-)

    If you go on to Youtube, you'll see that Spark People has some resistance band workouts, try those, really great :D
