#0 Day shred workout by Jillian Michaels

I find it hard to break my workouts down as I don't know what all the exercises are called in the video and how many calories they burn so not really know what to put down and really know how many calories I burn during my whole workout....

I do this and I put it under calisthenics(push ups) or how ever it is on the list.0

Try Circuit Training... that is what the 30 Day Shred is; cardio mixed with strength training. I'm doing the same video right now too, mixing it up with the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout.0

Circuit training is pretty close to actual calories burned. Invest in an HRM (heart rate monitor); you won't be disappointed!0
