#0 Day shred workout by Jillian Michaels

I find it hard to break my workouts down as I don't know what all the exercises are called in the video and how many calories they burn so not really know what to put down and really know how many calories I burn during my whole workout....:cry:

    I do this and I put it under calisthenics(push ups) or how ever it is on the list.

    Try Circuit Training... that is what the 30 Day Shred is; cardio mixed with strength training. I'm doing the same video right now too, mixing it up with the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout.
  • I usually put mine under circuit training. Mixing up cardio and strength.

    Circuit training is pretty close to actual calories burned. Invest in an HRM (heart rate monitor); you won't be disappointed!
