Sorry boss; can't come to work yesterday was leg day

Haven't felt like this in ages, omg I couldn't climb the stairs at work. Yesterday was leg day not even that heavy like people are able to squat 50kgs 5sets of 10reps followed by 20min elliptical. Whoa... Anybody else want to rant about thier lifts? Awesome just share.

    Hahahahahaha! I never thought of it like that before! Funny stuff.

    I happen to have leg day on the books twice this week. I'm not new to lifting, but it's been a bit since I've slung iron around consistantly. Been at it for about 3 weeks now. Every day feels like the first day... painful. Must be doing something right :bigsmile:

    Lately I have been doing more cardio (running/swimming) then strength training, but the few days after a very long run, going down the stairs at work I could be heard saying "Ow" every step.
